Our History

From humble beginnings to a leading institution of higher education

Founded in 1985, Beacon State Youth University began as a small college with just 200 students and 15 faculty members. Our founder, Dr. Elizabeth Beacon, envisioned an institution that would provide accessible, high-quality education to students from all backgrounds.

Over the decades, we have grown into a comprehensive university with over 15,000 students and 800 faculty members. Despite our growth, we have remained true to our founding principles of academic excellence, innovation, and inclusivity.

Today, Beacon State Youth University stands as a beacon of educational excellence, illuminating the path for future generations of leaders, innovators, and change-makers.
